How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card is to expand the existing vehicles. It is a generic +1 stealth that can only be used once per turn because it locks the card (unless an effect unlocks it which is rare). The 2 pool cost seems appropriate since it can be very good in minions that do not have assess to stealth. It also penalizes the minion if he gets blocked by burning blood or life before combat begins.
