World of Darkness reference: Ability in VTM for Harbingers of Ashur..The White Mask: The Harbinger is highly respected in their bloodline, and gets three dice to any social roll against another Harbinger, and two to any social roll against any other Hecata.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card is part of the Mask set for hecata. It is another way to boost bleeds on allies but also on your vampires. It passively gives +1 bleed on the acting vampire if you have 2 hecatas in play but it a card that only 1 per vampire can be played and is supposed to mix with the other mask cards to prevent several choices. It is designed to give bleed power accross table but may be too strong. Perhaps it should be only on minions you control?
