World of Darkness reference:
Untitled Camarilla vampires have little to offer in VTES. The Camarilla's chain of command isn't really well portrayed in game mechanics, even though it's a driving narrative in most WOD role playing settings and scenarios.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:
This card should broaden the landscape to offer reasons to play both titles and untitled Camarilla vampires, to propel the game forward through actions and reinforce the narrative fantasy of the ivory tower's brass making their subjects do their bidding.
