Speed up submissions

After 10 y without playing, i have done 10 gamea in the past 2 months... and now i remember how annoying it is to have prey beeing scarred of their prey and doing nothing for few turns in the game. One solution we brainstormed tonight in sydney:
Can we have master or gehenna cards which force ypur prey to do 1 or 2 actions in their turn or they lose two or three pools ?

We sorta already got it - it's called Anarch Troublemaker
