Card idea: Shadows within Shadows

[obf][obt] +X stealth, where X is the number of levels of Obtenebration and Obfuscate this vampire has. Stealth can't be reduced this action.

Having obfuscate and obtenebration is redundant and means usually that one of the discipline is not used. There are 17 vampire with both. Most of them already have access to Lost in Crowds or Forgotten Labyrinth, so the game won't be unbalanced by Shadows within Shadows, especially with the burn blood part at inferior of each discipline.
I thought it would be nice to give a bonus to vampires with both, so maybe we see them more often.

I didn't want it to be an autoinclude for decks that rely on stealth diversity, but still be usable for the sidekicks.

I like glaswanderer's version, though I'd keep it free at "superior", or make the whole card cost 1 blood so it can be reduced by a path of night or what else.

There is already a major restriction: you need to have both disciplines (17 vampires in the game, that's not a lot). Adding another restriction makes no sense, because players won't bother to play both disciplines to achieve the same effect as a card that requires only one of the two disciplines (Forgotten Labyrinth for instance).
