How often do you use Neonate Breach vs the whole table or everyone but yourself? I've knocked 16 pool off of the table with this vote before. It certainly decreases time-outs to use it this way.

A few in Sydney tend to use cards that way. I'd lean towards doing that myself, but maybe hold off if I saw someone already crippled about to cop a 4-pool whack I didn't want them to take.

Generally it's not the best strategy to invoke the wrath of the whole table.

It's a great way to get rid of tupdogs before they get to you
