There are just so many bad cards. The cost of cards is seemingly random, cards doing the same or similar thing better exist, or the card supports a strategy that the game at large does not. The vast majority of vampires over 7 capacity fall into the fun category along with entire disciplines.

I think there would be more debate over a "20 almost good" thread. I'll start one when I think up 10 vamps and 10 library cards that are almost in a tier of either playable or very playable. But still not really playable.
