Okay, so it has come to my attention that we don't actually have a particularly good place (or at least obvious place) to look for card text updates.
This came to mind with the February Newsletter.
I decided to go see if I had missed any specific card text updates as I'm prepping for a tourney in Oregon. But I can't find previous newsletters, much less a comprehensive list of specific card text updates. So what changes may I have missed over the last 12 months?
What would it take to add a spot for this somewhere. My personal suggestion would be to put a new section under the Rules titled.
"Updated Card text"
Then a simple list of each card and the date it's text is updated with a link to the cards new text, or simply listing the current text. That would let anyone be able to quickly find all the card text that has been updated from what was printed back in the day.
For example, Villein with the current text, or Perfectionist with the new text, etc.

amaranth.vtes.co.nz/ contains a text migration section for each card. There's no this is what changed, but at least you can check the cards you intend to play, if nothing else.

That isn't really useful because I cannot look to see chronologically when cards have been updated.
What I would like is to see a list of all the cards that have been updated, by update date
IE
3/16/2019 - Pentex Subervsion (Banned)
So that I can just look at the list, check what changes have happened SINCE the last time I looked at it, and go from there. I don't want to have to check ~ 45 cards every time I go to a tournament just in case they have had changes made.
One place where all card text updates are listed, by date of update would be good.

There were 216 changes to cards with the last update:

I guess what you're specifically looking for is errata'd card text. It would definitely be helpful to have a dedicated "Card Changes" forum section or similar containing things like:
• Perfectionist: Gaining blood is now optional.
• Trap: Is now put into play with counters to track the number of presses it can provide.
• Powerbase: Madrid: Adding the counter is now optional.
• Rack, The: Adding the blood is now optional.
• Embrace, The: Inherits the Sire's sect.
• Becoming, The: The discipline cards need to be master (has no impact currently)
• Count Zaroff: His ability can now be used more than once each turn, if you manage to bring him back from the uncontrolled region during the same turn.
• Gotsdam, The Tired Warrior: Gotsdam is no longer immune to frenzy cards. Instead, frenzy cards cannot be played on him.
• Laecanus: Laecanus is no longer immune to frenzy cards. Instead, frenzy cards cannot be played on him.
• Villein: The amount of blood you can move is now limited to 5.
At the moment these are all buried in either news letters on the home page or various forum posts; they're pretty hard to find even if you're aware of them.

It is that very fact, that they are all buried and hard to find that I am hoping to see some discussion about having it all put in a central easy to identify repository.
I had no idea about the Becoming, Count Zaroff, Gotsdam, or Laecanus rulings. Sure most of them are extremely corner case, but still I didn't know. So in a month or two the February ruling on quite a few important changes is going to vanish and be lost.
It would also be nice if there was a listing of cards, and a link to each which has had specific rulings associated with it that could hold the official up to date rulings on them. But that's much more of a pipe dream and for now we at least have a place to search for such rulings.

excuse me, I should make a clarifying statement.
It is the fact that the actual card text is being changed that I feel needs to be kept in an official record. Especially because it's so hard to find past notice of card text changes.
