Is there somewhere list of all cards organized by sets?

I noticed that VEKN card lists are not complete, they only list new cards in each set not all cards printed in that set.

That makes difficult to check whether I collected all cards from the set or not.

Is there anyone who happens to have the full card lists? I know they used to be on secret library (but that is now gone), any chance someone has these lists?

You should be able to filter for sets on VDB:
vdb.im

As it is based on the official CSV files it should be complete.
