This "open letter" make the things look worse than really is, Conclave have a problem with the press that they used before, the new one is not too good (paper quality wise) but are way better with the time of delivery the products, the relationship between stores and conclave can be talked about, what we as customers don´t see is reprints, conclave gives priority to the next launch, and seens that reprints are not profitable enough to justify then
I, while organizer, try to make partnership with the local store owner, to run events and eventually bring new customers, the citys playgroup buy trhough him, but the store keeps low stocks, because VtES is not a very commercial apelling product to be honest, have a loyal fan base, but isn´t a very easy sell, is a very niche game

fair thanks for the correction, yes definitely also counterfeit (I have examples!)
I do think the earnings differential is huge i.e. we deliberately produce a card game in Europe which makes it cost more but saves in other headaches but does mean it costs more to then export it on rather than China.

Yes that's more in line with what we were told in March when we asked a few other importers/buyers
