Here are some more ideas... I really do think you could have a bunch of players turning up to tournaments with their "Bag o VTES" covered in patches, pins, etc, etc, etc. Like the cliched "World Tour Suitcase".
- Perspex Edges engraved/etched/frosted-stick-on for Storyline Tournaments.
- Set Release Packs with something like some lovely Ben Peal-designed Preconstructed Decks inside branded metal tins (Hybrid between 10th Anniversary and the KoT Plastic Sleeve Concept). These packs may also include loot-prizes for winners (i.e. Edge, pool counters, 90-100 sleeves, etc)
- Qualification Pins for each Season and possibly even branded by Continent
- Patches/Pins/Stickers for entering Big Ticket Tournaments (i.e. NAC, EC)

My flannel jacket has a few of the pin buttons from the NAC a few years back. I'd like patches as well if that's possible. like clan logos or Anatole silkscreened in high contrast.

I was also thinking that some of these could be done via some kind of voucher/gift card/promo code system.
There could be a cache of loot kept on some suitable website. Winners of tournaments could then go to said site, order their loot of choice (for example a Clan Toreador pin and a special tin) and have it delivered to their home.

However:
Shipping requires money.
VEKN has zero euros/dollars/reichsmarks/moolah.

@Lonkka:
Shipping could be charged to the store credit (i.e. it would be part of the prize support for the overall tournament). I understand VEKN has a total of zilch in the bank account.
What I'm suggesting is VEKN sets all this up, and the local Prince/Tourney Organiser establishes the costs of the appropriate merch for first place (i.e. a special pin and a deck in a tin) tacks on shipping to their country and then makes that the Credit prize. If players wanted more, then they pay for the extra shipping.

But if a tournament has an entry fee then the moeny raised could be used to cover the costs of not just the prize material but the shipping as well?
