New prize support for tournaments

First: Thanks Vtes.de for having prize support available after WW shut down. Great work!

Second: We need new prize support. Players here now have plenty of each promo card (well, those that are available), and it´s really a good thing to offer promos or some other stuff players want when you advertise for tournaments.

I guess new promos will have to wait until this POD-thing is ready, but in the meantime we might need something else.

I don´t have any good ideas. Maybe someone else here at the forum has?
