VTES for OBS (plugin)

Fixed:
- Few things
- Default players changed to 5 instead of 4
- Spanish set as default language (easy switch to English)

Added:
- Player zones are now seen by default



The idea here is detecting when a card has been locked or unlocked by a player.
The plugin is now ready to introduce other game-related stuff.

Since the plugin is now detecting the cards properly with a decent success rate, I've decided to move the "automatic detections" into a "confirm-based mode" by a human:

The camera man's job is to click the card that was played by the player so then it's rendered and shown. Otherwise, the card it is NOT shown.

Before: Automatically shown on the left side of the screen. Optionally make it bigger and center it.

After: No card is shown even when detected. Every card is waiting for a click, then it's shown "as played" to the spectators.

I did this to make it 100% production ready.
The work is now 99% complete.

I will now wait for new feedback.

Today I'm releasing the Spanish & English manuals.
