Ok. Here's what you do. First, make a deck in a deckbuilder that exports to JOL. I use Secretlibrary.info, others use ARDB.

The go over to:
www.deckserver.net/jol3/beta#cd

And create an account. From there you can register your decks and then you just loiter in the chat room and try and get in a game.
