Author: Teemu Pulkkinen

Description: Emerald Legionnaire bleed deck based on a version I saw Antti Penttilä play a lot when Emerald Legionnaires were originally released.
So I wanted to try out a modification of my own.
I would maybe play a few more intercept cards in preparation for decks with heavy stealth, like the big stealth voter behind me in this tournament as well.
I believe that would be a doable adjustment without moving the deck too much away from it's original idea.
I think in the end I was able to play 7 out of the 10 legionnaires, of which 1 was stolen.
