lackeyccg.com 403 error

I am getting a 403 when trying to acess lackeyccg.com/
this is also preventing me from downloading the serverlist within lackey, effectifly stopping me from connecting to the server.

I found a workaround to manually connect to the server, but I seem to be the only one being affected by this that I know of, does anyone have an idea what oculd be causing this?

edit: this seems to be somehow conencted to my IP or IP range, connecting via a VPN works.

Are you behind a firewall or a proxy ? Don’t have the issue here

Just windows firewall, no proxy.
last week everything was fine also, I noticed it when i wanted to join the server on Friday.
