Fellow vekn.net users,

We have added a Photo Gallery complement to the website, so that anyone can upload V:TES-related pictures.

There are three main categories available: Tournaments, Players and Fan-made products.

Any vekn.net registered user can create his own category and upload there (note that registered users can upload pictures only to the categories they own.)

Each user has a 50MB disk quota for his pictures. Please, use it wisely.

The Photo Gallery is public, so anyone dropping by vekn.net will be able to see all the pictures contained there.

Once the users start uploading images we will start moving their categories under a specific category.

You can access the Photo Gallery from the Resources menu or by clicking on the following link:

vekn.net/index.php/photo-gallery

I've added photos of our tournaments to the related TWD thread.

That way it is easy for people to locate the relevant ones. Then again I'd see no problems in posting a link for the pics at the TWD thread.

(Heavy) picture content probably slows the lodaing of the TWD pages a bit though.


So which is preferred?

In Photo Gallery the photos would be in one place with the other photos. Both are fine though.

Now posted, under category 'My Creations' -- which may not be obviously named because I wasn't sure how the upload interface worked. But you'll definitely recognize my work :)

Now posted, under category 'My Creations' -- which may not be obviously named because I wasn't sure how the upload interface worked.

Could've worked better if you had used a structure that was more aking to what Damnas used for his photo galleries. That is, sub folders (say, Cards/jozxyqk/ under which you'd have placed all your cards).

Why?
Because sooner or later there's going to be plenty of pics in the photo galleries and then finding stuff from there will be frustating and time consuming.
