Rules of cooperation in Marketing Team

We would like to present You rules of cooperation in Marketing Team.

1) The team consist of two equal members
2) Each of us is fully responsible for dedicated part of marketing activities
3) Radoslaw “Szewski” Staszewski is a coordinator of all activities related with actual player base. Keeping players active, providing them ongoing motivation, increasing strength of VTES social network, merchandising, gadgets, event reports, NC's activities and duties etc.
4) Michal “Migalart” Kazmierczak is a coordinator of all activities targeted towards getting new players. Increasing player base, market research, tools that will help new players to learn VTES, etc.
5) We understand that there are issues that can be classified in both areas, but it is not a problem for us. In every case we will manage to choose best person to execute the particular project.
We have different experiences and skill and we are going to use them optimally for VEKN and for the VtES.
6) Each of us will report for his part of duties independently
7) We are open to cooperation with everyone who is interested in helping us.
