I just read the rules. Neat idea, but there are some concerns:

Are caitiff a clan ?

Can a vampire get scarce clan disciplines like temporis or obeah ? Looks like he can, which isn't really that fun.

How to determine who can play given clan when more than one people want to do so?

If card text of the vampire reference to a his own clan, does it change to avatar's clan or not ?

It's nice that Ashur's Tablets got effectively banned, but what about recalled to the founder, shouldn't it be banned too ?

If you have 4 vampires in the grouping (for example !salubri in g5-6), can you make it 3xAvatar, 3x, 2x,2x,2x (choosing which one you want to double on) ?

Also, getting specials from scarce vampires is scary stuff. And should really be limited to scarce clans.

We used as priority the tournament attendance that each player had to solve this problem.

No, but they are restricted to 2 per deck. Recalled is pretty interesting actually.

In this case, it needs to be Avatarx3, 3,3,3.

Getting a scarce special will grant you the Scarce trait

Ok, i should've been more clear. There are 4 !salubri not counting avatar, so 5 total.

Scarce trait don't really hurt if you influence out your avatar first (well, any subsequent copies are problematic, yes - but not first one)

Example would be 7 cap nosferatu prince who can move 1 blood from himself to other nosferatu in your uncontrolled region. Does this instance of nosferatu change to clan of choice or it stays nosferatu becoming useless?

Yes, clan and name mentioned on the card text change as well.

So a Ventrue with Vermeulen's ability would have Ventrue written on its text.

About the Bloodlines, in the case there is more than 3 possible matches for group composition,
The player can arrange the amount , to a maximum of 3 of each.
