Ongoing tournament rule change playtest: final seating

To make it more official, there is an ongoing playtest of a rule change regarding seating in the final. This playtest is supported by the National Coordinators of those countries:

• Spain
• France
• United Kingdom
• United States
• Ireland
• Netherlands

as well as those countries which were willing to give a try, if possible:

• Australia
• South Africa
• Singapore
• Hungary
• Malaysia
• Germany
• Belarus

Tournaments using the new rule are sanctioned as usual.
