I'm not sure what the policy is there, but may be worth talking to someone familiar about it — timing is quite good...

We don't really have any friends in the industry out there (and I couldn't afford to go this year).

I could get someone to take some flyers but I'm not sure how worthwhile that would be *shrugs*

Shout outs on social media to local clubs and gaming groups would probably pay off more...
