Things to notice:

-all disciplines cost blood
-success on 6+ with no botches (hunger system aside) and no additional benefits for rolling 10
-hunger system
-still absolutely no rules for presence 1 *sigh*

I really like it.
The new hunger mechanism is very good, and the whole system is easier, more focused.
I hate the old combat system, too much roll. This one is already better.

I skimmed through it, and thought that there were some stuff that could be implemented within VtES, like the hunger system.

More cards that check the amount of blood a vampire has for differing effects, for example, or as a pre-requisite (see Harass)?
