Prince List Cleanup

How often is V:EKN cleaning up the local volunteer list?

For example, there are this many volunteers listed with no contact information:

Australia 2
France 2
Poland 1
Spain 2
Sweden 1
United States 8

I should probably take responsiblity for the Swedish Prince. So here I go. That's a praince that been kinda semi-active for some year and I'm in the middle of changing that Prince for another one. But the whole play group in Linköping is semi-active so the talks are going slowly. Anyways, so that's why there's no contact info. The prince changed e-mails and I havn't got the real one just yet. I will get to that though, promise!

I've actually been wondering about myself in this regard. I have been listed as Prince of Belleville, Ontario, Canada for quite some time - and now I don't appear to be on the list...was I part of the cleanup?

Unfortunately haven't been able to get tournaments going here, but we do have regular casual play, we did have a league going, demos as well to try to attract new players, so I am active in trying to promote the game, even though our region as a whole hasn't been as far as sanctioned events go.

Could we also get a clean up of the gaming locales when you are creating an event? The ones for Washington State are a bit atrocious, I think because when you select a location it's information is not transfered to the cells. This causes one to reenter the information creating another listing.
