Wanted: League Tracker

Does anyone know where I can download the Oracle league-tracking version of the Archon that was used for the Prophecies League way back when? I found links on thelasombra.com and the newsgroup, but they're all kaput.

Well, I tried to attach the file to the post first, which would have been convenient but apparently 300K is too large of a size to be attached on this forum.

So then I just googled up a random file hosting site, because I don't have a convenient way to hoste them myself and filefactory was the first to come up.
