We have a new tournament player that had never been in the registry on White Wolf's site in attendance at the regional qualifier tournament today.

How does that player get added to the player registry?

What are the necessary steps to get the new player added?

So far, have the local prince give that player a VEKN number, and have that prince email this info to me:

Player's VEKN number:
Player's full name:
E-mail: address:
City:
State/Province:
Country:

Then I will add the new player to the player registry.
