How can I obtain these new promo cards for tournaments? (

I cant seem to order them from bcp.

Dont know if NC gets them from Black Chantry, But stores that buys cards can buy promo packs also.

I would expect that you'd have to contact the local distributor directly and assert your bona fides as a NC. In the US, for instance, KGS Cards has the product on a password-protected page that Princes can obtain the password for via the prince forum here. You local distributor may have something similar.
