Pentex Subversion (tm) is the only card on this list that says, "You lose." All others allow you to at least try to continue playing your game.

I feel this game might be quite a bit different if Pentex would be removed. Person who has the best sitting muscles game play would be encouraged even more and there would be more timeouts also. I feel Pentex is the necessary evil. There could be some more elegant solutions of course.

Villein.
It was clearly designed to nerf Minion Tap AND Enable Big-Caps decks, was then ruled in such as way that it didn't really push itself away from Weenies and did nothing about the more usual problem with the "Multi-Minion-Tap Bloating" strategy which is gaining 5+ blood from certain cards (in particular Voter Cap).
Now it is basically just a Minion Tap as a trifle with a trivial requirement that stops you from "Minion Tap for Zero".
