Remove vampire contesting

Don't play Anson at tournament. This is like saying someone else played Giant's Blood and you just happen to draw one. However, I do think there should be addition to just the two players contesting, that way speeds up the game for everyone, and everyone will hate others contesting, and either play decks with not-so-popular vamps or destroy the table fast, which either way, works for me for regular tournaments.
