Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex , Obfuscate , or Potence for the current action.
Would anyone be opposed to errata (retcon) reprinting of cards no one plays? For example, think of all those dozens of cards that you aren't using in any of your decks. Your Deadliest Sins, Eyes of the Dead, Gangrel Ritual Challenge, Nosferatu Putrescence, etc. What if Black Chantry reprinted the card with updated, different, and/or better card text/effect?
Example:
Political Backlash
Only usable after a referendum passes. Each Methuselah burns 2 pool if any vampire they control voted against the referendum.
Only usable after a referendum fails. The controller of the acting vampire burns 2 pool.
That's a little better, yes? Would you play it? Would it be an interesting alternative to Delaying Tactics? Would it emphasize the political aspect of the game? You tell me.
Black Chantry could mark cards with a special errata symbol († ‡ ⬨ ❧ ⁂) either beside the cards name, or in the credits section at the bottom of cards.
Example (FFG does something similar to indicate a card having Unique status):
So what do you think? Should BC reprint old, bad cards that are updated to make them better? Those cards that are only collecting dust or called wallpaper?

I'd rather see small changes to some, while others get scrapped and BC use cool sounding names on playable stuff.
If its playable with the changing of the cost or adding or removing 4 or less words it's a good idea.
That's my criteria.

Please define "no one plays." I'm sure there have been players new to the game who attempted to play Political Backlash and may have even had success (or dumb luck) if the playgroup was all novice players and there was another political deck at the table. Or, more likely, the new player learned something about the game from Political Backlash, that such cards have a high opportunity cost that needs to be considered when building a deck.
Just because cards don't work at the tournament level doesn't mean those cards need to change to suit tournament-level players. All cards have their place in casual VTES.

Discouraging people from voting against referendums - even if they think they can't make it fail - makes Voter Captivation better, because the referendum now passes 9-0 rather than 9-6. Voter Captivation doesn't really need the help.

@2RR: I mean cards that routinely sit in boxes in closets and don't see the light of day. I think Bastard Sword would be a good example. It's so bad that they printed cards that were strictly better than it (Baseball Bat, Dagger, Poker), and those cards are still un-played because they're bad by comparison to guns, which do the same thing but better and at close or long range.
I do not subscribe to the "but bad cards teach players important lessons about the game." Mark Rosewater defended the practice of printing trash cards in MTG with that excuse, but that's what it is, an excuse. An excuse to get players to buy more packs of cards with the hopes of getting those couple of ultra powerful rare cards that are bombs when played. What WotC is really "teaching" players is that if they want the best cards, they better be ready to pay $$$.
Having a high opportunity cost is a lesson that can be taught without printing trash cards. One of the most innovative features of VTES is that so many of it's cards are modular - they give the player options on when and how it can be played. I think narrow or niche cards, because of their high opportunity cost, should be comparatively more powerful. That's what I want to see. Take these niche cards, buff them, change how they work, and shake up the playing field.
Example:
Eyes of the Dead
+2 intercept vs diablerie actions.
+3 intercept if you have a vampire in torpor with .
Bastard Sword
Strike: Strength + 1 Damage. If the opposing vampire would go to torpor, this vampire may burn the opposing vampire instead. (This is not considered diablerie.)
