Okay. We had some discussion yesterday about Frondator. Since the card clearly sayes that Frondator pays 1 less, can you still make her rescued vampire pay the full 2 blood? Would the cost ration be like this:

F 0-1=0 blood /Rescued 2 blood
F 1-1=0 blood /rescued 1 blood
F 2-1=1 blood /rescued 0 blood

The cost of the action is reduced by 1. 2-1 = 1, there's 1 blood to be spent.
