Can i play revelation of ecstasy on superior serpentis on a tapped minion?

If i compare it to deep song, where you can enter combat even though the minion is tapped, I think I can.

Anyobody knows?

Correct. Tapping a tapped minion as an effect works on tapped minions. Tapping a tapped minion as a cost is not something you can do.
