2nd Tradition versus Seduction was created by Ohlmann
Second Tradition: Domain
Requires a ready prince or justicar.
+2 intercept. Also usable by a tapped prince or justicar, even if intercept is not yet needed, to burn a blood to untap and attempt to block with +2 intercept.
Seduction
Only usable as the acting vampire's action is announced.
[dom] Choose a younger vampire. That vampire cannot block this action.
[DOM] As above, but you may choose a vampire the same age or older.
If a vampire is chosen by Seduction, can its controller play 2nd Tradition, or other wake effect that attempt to block as a part of its effect, to untap, fail to block, then play a reaction like a Deflection or a Telepathic Misdirection ?

Correct. If you can't attempt to block, you can't play cards that have you attempt to block. [LSJ 20010714]No.
