If Kamiri wa Itherero is blocked by an ally and that ally burns at the end of the action because of Kamiri's special - is Kamiri considered to have burned that ally?

Yes, but not as a action (whatever the action was) nor in combat. [LSJ 20050328]

That one I might have found but I am still bad at googling rulings and since people are so helpful here I travel the lazy road. And I knew that it doesn't trigger Trophies because of the combat or action requirement. But there are other cards..
