file Anesthetic Touch and prevention

I just wondered because the combat ends immediately after the strike

Even if the combat ends after the strike, you still have to resolve the strike (including any burn blood due to damage or prevention of that damage.)
Since "combat ends" moves you to the end of the round, you can also play a Disarm right after resolving Anesthetic Touch.

Correct (however, playing Disarm with Anaesthetic Touch is a pain that was not worth it, when the only options were Matthias + Eye of Hazimel).

Somewhat related: how does Autonomic Mastery at DOM fit into all this?

Only usable at close range.
[dom] Strike: burn the opposing non-wraith ally or a non-wraith retainer on the opposing minion.
[DOM] Strike: hand strike. Damage from this strike is reduced to zero. Combat ends immediately after this strike resolves, unless it is dodged. Only usable in combat with a non-wraith ally or a younger vampire.

Is it

a) A somewhat restricted way to have a combat ends effect available at dominate, as in that you hit for zero and assuming it's close range and you don't get dodged, combat ends before you're being beaten up.

or

b) Do you still have to deal with being hit for a lot, making the card a very elaborate and confusing way to say that the opposing younger vampire cannot use additional strike or presses this combat?

The card says that combat ends immediately after the resolution of the strike. There is a difference.

I believe it's b). The card mainly serve to burn imbued or other ally with inf dominate, the sup being useful once in a while (or with quick jab or Elimelech)

b).
"Combat ends after resolution of this strike" means the strike is resolved. As both strike resolve simultaneously (if noone is using Dodge, S:CE or first strike), you get to deal with the opponent's punch before combat actually ends.
