+1 stealth action.
[dem] Put this card on the acting vampire. If this vampire attempts to block, the acting vampire cannot play action modifiers requiring Dementation, Chimerstry [chi], Dominate [dom] or Presence
. Vampires opposing this vampire in combat cannot play cards that require those Disciplines.

[DEM] As above, and actions requiring those Disciplines cannot be directed at this vampire.

Spirit Marionette
Type: Action
Requires: Obeah/Dominate
[dom] Bleed at +1 bleed.
[obe] Bleed at +1 bleed and tap a ready minion controlled by your prey (even if the target of the bleed is changed).
[OBE] +1 stealth action. Take control of a ready untapped minion until the end of the next action. That minion must bleed your prey unless he or she must hunt.

Vamp A has Blessing of Chaos superior on himself. Is vamp B allowed to play Spirit Marionette at superior OBE to take untapped A?

Yes. Spirit Marionette OBE doesn't require Dominate.

When played, a split Discipline card counts as requiring the Discipline being used (for effects that enhance or restrict cards that require certain Disciplines). In the hand (or library or ash heap), the card can be considered to require either Discipline (for effects that retrieve cards that require certain Disciplines). [LSJ 20020510]
