Player A bleeds, his prey doesn't block, player A plays Trochomancy, his prey bounces bleed - whose ash heap you remove cards from, your original target or your current?
Trochomancy
Type: Action Modifier
Requires: Auspex & Necromancy
[nec] Remove 13 cards in the target Methuselah's ash heap from the game to get +1 bleed. Not usable if there aren't enough cards in that ash heap. You cannot play another action modifier to increase this bleed.
[aus][nec] As [nec] above, but remove only 7 cards.
[AUS][NEC] As [aus][nec] above, but for +2 bleed

you remove the cards as a part of the cost of paying for trochomancy, which in your example means they are removed from the target before deflection is played.

Action modifiers are resolved as played.
A plays Trochomancy, apply full effect (Remove 13 or 7 cards from the target to gain +1 or +2 bleed). A passes (assuming A has no other action modifier to play). Then B may play Deflection.

All supporting wider use of Kindred Spirits with Trochomancy. It's pure win when you play either of the two vampires that can do it as-influenced!

OK, maybe not, though I might drop one Night moves into a deck that already uses Trochomancy and has some [obf]
