I take it these are incompatible with one another?

cf rules 6.4.3: only one effect per round can grant additional strikes. It looks like you can play Caseless rounds to cycle though: it is played before strike resolution and the additional strike of the AK-47 is gained at strike resolution.

And no, you can't use the Mark V to strike multiple time per round regardless of (current) card you play.

You would need a card which explicitly say "gain one additional strike, useable only to strike with this gun and ignoring restriction on number of use" which does not exist.
