I was wondering, if I play Golconda on a vampire and I have more than one copy of him in my crypt, is it possible that I influence him again?

Choose a vampire with a capacity 8 or more. Remove that vampire from the game. His or her controller gains pool equal to the vampire's capacity. His or her controller may cancel this card as it is played by burning 2 pool.

Of course, you can. Another copy of a vampire, that has been burned or removed from game, can be influenced to the ready region at any time.

The only restriction is that the same copy of a (unique) vampire can be in the ready region (bar contesting) at a given time.
