Edge question

Heys!

Can you gain pool from the Edge during your untap phase only, or anytime during your turn? Somebody whispered the last, but I don't think so...

Untap only:

And note the "may" word in the text. That means you can not retroactively collect the edge after untap phase.

It all depends on your meta of course. In our casual meta we often let people take the edge during master or sometimes even early minion phase just to be nice to eachother.

This is applied to all cards that use the word "may". That word is very important to fix player mistakes. I.e. Perfectionist does not have "may" so the blood should have been granted and many times collected after the action has happened.
