Lunatic Eruption Clarifications

Just to be certain,

What happens when a minion has a Lunatic Eruption but his/her prey has no ready minions?

Is it free to act as normal?

The minion is stuck and cannot act (unless the minion must hunt).

Must do X and cannot do X => do nothing.

If im at 1 pool and Lorrie Dunsirn has LE on her, and i am aware of my pool total, i am forced to voluntarily self oust, correct?
