When that vampire goes to torpor, the Lasombra who played Political Struggle in the first place gains

b. three votes.
c. three votes; not six since Orlando's multiplier ability only triggers during a referendum).

Ayo's cardtext doesn't read "..for each OTHER ready titled vampire..."

Ishtarri Kholo gives her two votes instead of what she had - but it also makes her titled if she wasn't.
