Playing Same Cards

To clarify, a vampire which played Lost in Crowds during an action and then untaps (such as after a Freak Drive) can play Lost in Crowds again during a second action in the same turn.
When you are anvil, be patient; when a hammer, strike.

You can only play (1) Action card, Political Action card or Equip Action card per Vampire per turn.
You can only play (1) Action Modifier card or Reaction card of the same card per Vampire per action. Not 2 of the same card.

A given vampire can perform only one bleed per turn. This means, for instance, that you cannot play base Govern the Unaligned, and (after untapping with Freak Drive), base Scouting Mission in the same turn with the same vampire.
A given vampire can perform only one political action per turn. This means, for instance, that you cannot play Kine Resources Contested, and (after untapping with Freak Drive) Consanguineous Boon in the same turn with the same vampire.
A vampire cannot perform an action from a card in hand more than once per turn. This means, for instance, that you cannot play base Govern the Unaligned, and (after untapping with Freak Drive) superior Govern the Unaligned. Or two superior Govern the Unaligned in the same turn with the same vampire.
This applies to all cards, including equipment, retainers, allies, and "other" (such as Govern the Unaligned) cards cards (you can't re-perform an equip action with a .44 Magnum from hand if you've already performed an equip .44 Magnum action in the same turn with the same vampire).
A given vampire cannot perform more than once per turn each action provided by a card in play. This means, for instance, that you cannot perform the Haven Uncovered a second time (after untapping with Freak Drive) if you were blocked the first time, in the same turn. (note that this doesn't restrict other vampires from taking the same action, if they can - for instance, a second vampire could call the referendum to burn the Anarch Revolt if the first one was blocked).
You cannot maneuver to long range if range is long. You cannot maneuver to close range if range is close. You cannot maneuver to long range if you maneuvered to close range. You cannot maneuver to close range if you maneuvered to long range. (all this applies to a single round of combat).
For instance, if you play Blur with your vampire, you cannot play any card that would give you additional strikes after that, in the same round (you could play a Blur or a superior Pursuit in later rounds).

Not really. So just for clarrification after re-reading the rules.
You can only play (1) Action card, Political Action card or Equip Action card per Vampire.

Per action, correct. You can only play (1) Action Modifier card or Reaction card of the same card per Vampire. Not 2 of the same card.
You can't play two in a row (that is, if you play one, and the opponent doesn't, you can't play another one). You can play as many Manuevers per vampire per round of combat to determine range.
You cannot maneuver to long range if range is long. You cannot maneuver to close range if range is close. You cannot maneuver to long range if you maneuvered to close range. You cannot maneuver to close range if you maneuvered to long range. (all this applies to a single round of combat).
There is no limit to the amount of Pursuit you want to use to maneuver (as long as you respect the previous point). If you use Pursuit to maneuver to long range, and they use their .44 Magnum to maneuver to close range, you can play an extra Pursuit to maneuver to long range.S "Is this DIFFERENT cards or can you play the same Manuever cards back to back?"
Action cards aren't played during combat (which is when additional strikes are gained). You can only gain additional strikes from a single "source", where "source" is a card you play, or an effect in play. You can only play 1 Additional Action card or effect to gain only 1 Additional Strike.
For instance, if you play Blur with your vampire, you cannot play any card that would give you additional strikes after that, in the same round (you could play a Blur or a superior Pursuit in later rounds).
You cannot press to end combat if combat is already ending. You cannot press to continue combat if combat is already continuing. You cannot press to continue combat if you've pressed to end combat. You cannot press to end combat if you've pressed to continue combat. Apart from that, you can play any number of presses as you want, as long as the opponent is pressing too.You can play as many Presses per vampire per round of combat to determine if combat continues or ends.
There is no restriction to the number of Dead End you can play in a single round.S "Is this DIFFERENT cards or can you play the same Press cards back to back?"
Default range is close for all rounds, including those which happen after a round at long range. If range was established at Long and there is a Press to go to the next round, does range revert back to Close, or stay at Long?
