Agaitas and the Heart of Nizchetus

If Agaitas special has been used to draw cards from your preys library, can you bury them with the Heart? If so what happens?

Sabbat: Whenever you play a card, you may draw its replacement from your prey's library instead of your own. Put the card drawn face-up in front of you. It is still considered to be in your hand, to be played or discarded as normal.

And you cannot put card taken from your prey library under your own. Two reason for that :
* only your card can go in your library
* they are considered in your hand to be played and discarded. Not to be put in your library.

That is not the question, the question about the cards you already have in yuor "hand" from agaitas's special.

I know they can't go into you library, but do go to the bottom of your prey's, or his ash heap or simply cannot be affected by the Heart?

As I said, they are not valid target for your Heart, since it look at card in your hand for something else than playing or discarding them. Even without that, you cannot put them under your deck, so you cannot choose them.

The logic is the same as 2nd tradition vs Seduction : since you cannot do the whole package, you cannot do it at all.
