Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

Does concealed weapon check for basic damage of the weapon or the damage it would inflict if equiped? Many melee weapons inflict strength-based damage, so does, e.g. having 3 strength and concealing Kerrie work?
Concealed Weapon
Combat
Only usable before range is determined.
This minion equips with a non-unique weapon card from your hand (requirements and cost apply as normal). The weapon cannot cost 3 or more pool or inflict (with a regular strike) aggravated damage or 4 or more damage.
Kerrie
Equipment
[1 Pool]
Melee weapon. Requires a Laibon.
Strength+1 damage each strike. Alternatively, inflict strength ranged damage as a strike and, after strike resolution, turn this weapon face down (out of play) until the end of the action.

having +2 str and concealing a kerrie works.
there has been 2 different rulings in the past but the most recent says Lazverinus can conceal for example a bastard sword even if it would result in 4 or more damage when he strikes with it.
the reasoning is : you don't take in account a vampire special text (eg : the +str) when concealed is played. Just consider the output from a regular strike from your "average " 1 str vampire.

EDIT: Not "average", but "default".

Correct. [LSJ 20020702]having +2 str and concealing a kerrie works.
