OK I get it. Contesting the Chainsaw during the action fizzles the action. Thanks again.

OK another question: what would happen if, during the combat between the Chainsaw armed minion and another minion the defender superior disguised out a Talbot's Chainsaw as strikes are declared? Do both strikes fizzle?

The minion who declared their strike with Talbot's Chainsaw would have their strike fizzle, indeed. [LSJ 19980319]OK another question: what would happen if, during the combat between the Chainsaw armed minion and another minion the defender superior disguised out a Talbot's Chainsaw as strikes are declared?
The "other" minion (playing superior Disguised Weapon) cannot declare a Talbot's Chainsaw strike, since Talbot's Chainsaw is out of play at this point. So that minion still has to declare a strike.Do both strikes fizzle?

OK one more question along this vein: If your strike is cancelled by cardtext, or by interaction of cards such as described above, do you by default get another chance to do a different strike or do you just lose your strike? If I Death Seeker your Majesty can you plaaaay another Majesty?

Yes, if they Death Seeker your Majesty, you can play another Majesty.
NOTA: In the Talbot's Chainsaw above, the problem isn't the same. The minion with Talbot's Chainsaw has chosen their strike, which *then* becomes unavailable.

If the card was a strike card, the minion who played it must choose a strike, which might come from another strike card.

Contesting the Chainsaw means that if the action reaches successful resolution, it fizzles at that point. Contesting the Chainsaw doesn't mean the action instantly ends right there and then. The would-be blocker can still try to block you and beat up your minion, if they want to!
(Similarly if equipment gets destroyed or stolen or something. That often involves a continue-action effect, because those usually happen in combat.)
