Contracts

I had a couple questions regarding Contracts.
Contract:
Master: contract. Put this card on any ready minion and choose an Assamite in play. That Assamite may enter combat with that minion as a +1 stealth
action unless they are controlled by the same Methuselah.
1st question: This is the same as far as "choosing" a vampire as in Clandestine Contract correct?
Clandestine Contract:
Contract. Requires an Assamite with a capacity above 4. +1 stealth action.
Enter combat with a ready minion controlled by another Methuselah and put this card on that minion. This Assamite is chosen for this contract. This Assamite may enter combat with the minion with this card as a +1 stealth
action.
2nd question: Do you just play Haqim's Law and later you can tap an Assamite or do you have to tap right away when you play the master card?
Haqim`s Law: Judgment
Master: contract. Trifle. Tap a ready Independent Assamite you control to put this card on a younger vampire. Every Independent Assamite is considered chosen for this contract. Any Independent Assamite may enter combat with this vampire as a +1 stealth
action.

In order to put this card in play, you have to tap an Assamite when you play the card.

Yes (but keep in mind that it's the Assamite that is chosen, not the target).Contract:
