Question about Deflection

If it's easier, just point him/her at the ruling this came from.
www.thelasombra.com/rules/RTR6-23.htm
"# That is, you cannot deflect to yourself."
The text about not redirecting to the acting minion's controller was added later, but that was always prevented anyway - you can't bleed yourself.

"Choose another Methuselah" = Choose a Methuselah that is not YOU...
"other than the controller of the acting minion." = ...and the someone else can't be the Methuselah whose minion is bleeding.
I've underlined the key word.
So you HAVE TO choose another Methuselah which means you can't choose yourself.
So in two player situations Defections are dead cards in your hand.

James' answer is pretty explicit, but I'll give another shot in explaining the sentence "Choose another Methuselah other than the controller of the acting minion." to the player.I prety now that is not possible do that, I just don't know how to explain it to player but now I can see.

Just as Reckless Agitation is a dead card in a duel.
Name: Reckless Agitation
Cardtype: Political Action
Cost: 2 blood
Requires an independent vampire with capacity above 4.
Allocate 6 points among two or more other Methuselahs. Successful referendum means each Methuselah burns 1 pool for each point assigned.

Correct answers from Ohlman, jamesatzephyr and Lönkka.
About Kiddo's comment:
Yes, My Enemy's Enemy is playable in duel, but since it is played after block attemps are declined (as all other bleed redirection cards), and since the target of the action doesn't change (which is what enables new block attempts declarations), if you play it in a duel, you don't get a new chance to declare block attempts.

Thanks for explanations.
The most problem here in Brazil is about language. Most of player doesn’t speak english well, someone’s also can't read the texts and ask the texts to other players and memorize the card image.
Due that fault most of players don’t read the rulebook and do not use vekn forums for rulings and clarifications.
As you can see not only players have problems with english, I have this problem too, due that don't post too much here.

The Spanish guys translated all the cards... you could ask them for the Spanish versions... and please... don't create a "Brazilian version"...
