Tier of Souls vs. Allies was created by Pascek
Is it possible to use Tier of Souls in an ally?
Or ot fizzles? Even if not possible , at superior would the card stay in play?

[ani] (D) Move 1 blood from a minion controlled by your prey to this vampire.
[ANI] As above, and put this card on the acting vampire. This vampire gets +1 bleed when bleeding your prey. Any minion may burn this card as a (D) action. A vampire may have only one Tier of Souls.

You can play Tier of Souls on an ally, but you cannot move blood from that ally to the acting vampire, because allies do not have blood, but life.

I disagree with this ruling. Blood and life have long been treated as equivalent (Theft of Vitae) and there's no good reason to treat it differently now.
