Bone Spur is not a strike. Bone Spur resolved when played. The hand strike didn't resolve, but Bone Spur did.

1) The Bone Spur COULD hit (i.e. ignoring the opposing minion's strike, the Bone Spur is at the right range to cause aggravated damage)
...
3) The Riposte never resolves, neither does the Bone Spur.

How does Rotsherk play vs Elemental Stoicism? Vampire threats aggravated damage as normal, but I try to inflict aggravated
[for][obf] This vampire treats all aggravated damage as normal damage for the remainder of combat.

No impact. Although the vampire treats it as normal, the damage is still aggravated.
The usual precedent here is Skin of Night, whose card text says:

You go to torpor. Rötschreck doesn't care how you'll treat/prevent/avoid the
damage, only that agg damage is being attempted to be inflicted on you by
the opposing minion.

I think the only way to avoid rotchech is play telepathic tracking.

Eh, isn't Telepathic Tracking only usable when both combatants are ready, something Rotshreck specifically is used to avoid?I think the only way to avoid rotchech is play telepathic tracking.

Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

Telepathic tracking prevents the part of Rotschreck where you go to torpor from happening, since it cancels the part before ("combat ends").
