file Are the rules in the Rulebook here up to date?

Are the rules in the Rulebook (to the left) up to date? I'm about to translate the whole thing into Chinese/Mandarin and would hate to have to do another one if this one isn't up to date with DM expansion. Thanks.

For example:

Overview of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle

Vampire: The Eternal Struggle is a trading card game in which two or more players take on the roles of ancient vampires known as Methuselahs.

Well, we all know this game should be 4 to 5 players.. I will have to translate to that instead.

That's still correct (as is, for example, the number of cards in a deck), though the commonest tournament format is 4-5 players. Other formats exist, such as Rapid Thought, and many playgroups will play with fewer players if they have to.

If what you're asking is "Have the standard tournament rules been integrated into the standard rulebook?", the answer is no. The standard rulebook also does not include any banned cards, any discussion of proxy cards, any discussion of multiple rounds, any prohibition on players playing for any reason (such as being banned by V:EKN, or playtesters) etc.
